Karen is an experienced teacher, school administrator, and instructional designer with a wide range of leadership strengths and technology skills in synchronous and asynchronous K-12 and higher education modalities. She currently works as the Director of Middle School Instruction at Heritage Christian Online School and will soon complete her EdD at Western University (July 2022). Her research focuses on developing educator e-pedagogy efficacy and building capacity to successfully engage students in the online learning environment.
