Steven Rathwell is a writer, storyteller and educator who’s been working in alternative and online education for well over a decade. The past 3 years he's been focused on designing and implementing new programs and curriculum opportunities, including the ground-breaking SelfDesign High program. Closer to home, working with the Heartwood learning community continues to offer unique opportunities to develop innovative curriculum programming designed to support learners involved in an immersive, 3 day per week, nature connection program. Currently finishing a Masters degree with a focus on developing learning communities, Steven enjoys sharing stories and cycling ridiculously long distances at every opportunity.
