Michelle received her Bachelor of Education from the University of Alberta and her Masters of Educational Technology from the University of Calgary. She has taught for 29 years in a variety of roles such as a classroom teacher, Curriculum Coordinator, Director of Educational Technology, and as an administrator. Michelle has also spent time teaching pre-service teachers at Red Deer College and has taught the M. Ed Program with City University of Seattle. Michelle's passion lies in teaching students and teachers how to use technology to engage and to enhance their classroom or online practices. When Michelle isn't teaching, she enjoys cooking, canning, gardening, and sewing. In the summer she likes to hike, swim, mountain bike, golf and kayak with her husband Dave and children Kirsten and Haley.
