Randy is CEO of the Canadian eLearning Network (CANeLearn.net), an organization formed to be the leading voice for K-12 blended and online learning in Canada. He teaches online at Vancouver Island University and CANeLearn, helping K-12 teachers transition practices to online environments. He has been a senior-level executive for over 30 years in K-12 and post-secondary education. As a consultant, he was involved in the development of policy, agreements, and e-learning standards, and also led and implemented quality initiatives in online K-12 schools.  Randy continues to research e-learning and education technology implementation across the county.
