After a quarter century of DL programs evolving in BC, it’s time to look at the policy framework for Distributed Learning. Alternative policy proposals will be presented for discussion and debate: funding in the context of the new funding formula, accountability beyond counting, district or provincially-open enrolment, blended programs, satellite DL schools, public and private programs, special needs inclusion and isolation, and working conditions boundaries and conditions.
